We came across this company by way of need.
During an unpredictable Texas winter, our son, had an appointment with a surgeon. His ear was about to undergo it's second surgery. In the winter of 2008, we went from 28 degrees to 75. However on this day, it was a brisk 29 degrees.
My suggestion to mom was to call back and reshedule. Of course, even after watching the News of the cars skiing on the ice laden streets, she wouldn't hear of it. So, by duty, I went outside to warm the car.
I found the entire thing covered in ice. I reached for the first door handle, and it came off in my hand. The second... now I have two door handles in my hand. The third... eureka! it worked. We did go to the appointment and all survived. Our son is fine.
Now, I have another problem. I,m tired of reaching across the car to open the other doors. Not to mention, the eye sore it leaves. the dealer says the parts alone are $60.00 each....... click. I found none in the junk yard. Now to research online.
Most of the online companies did not have my part in stock. I found this company on line $11.00 each plus shipping, thats $33.00. I received the parts in about a week. And with a twelvepack and a buddy, I'm back in business.
